Are you a First-Time Skydiver ready for an experience that’ll deliver those kinds of memories that last a lifetime? We can help … Tandem Skydiving is the most common way first-timers experience their first Skydive, securely fastened to your USPA-rated Tandem Instructor. You’ll be guided through the entire experience starting when you arrive at the Drop Zone. You’ll first sign in and do your paperwork followed by an introduction to your Tandem Instructor who will conduct your ground training and be with you until you depart with the promised smile and swagger. Once suited up and snug in your harness, you’ll climb in the airplane and fly up over 2 miles in the air (10,500–11,000 ft) where you’ll be treated to an incredible view of the Central Maine landscape, the lakes regions, distant views from the Islands off Maine’s coast to the beauty of Maine’s western Mountains. You’ll experience a true feeling of flight with a 40-45 second free fall followed by 5–7-minute canopy ride enjoying the pristine views and peaceful quiet to reflect upon your experience landing back at the airport in front of your friends and family where you started … Best part is the video of your skydive is available to purchase to reminisce over and over again (don’t forget to share with friends and family too). This is an experience that you’ll never regret. Don’t believe us? Just ask any of our happy customers – they’ll love to tell you about their great experiences too!
